Retreat. Encouragement. Safety. Transformation.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
–Matthew 11:28-30

We seek to give an opportunity for pastors, global workers, and Christian leaders everywhere to experience R.E.S.T.
Retreat
Life in ministry can be all-consuming. Getting away to a space designed for rest, where leaders can receive hospitality rather than pour out, is essential.
Encouragement
Entering into the woundedness of others can be emotionally draining. Being reminded that you have value, apart from your ministerial work, is critical for any Christian leader to flourish.
Safety
Vulnerability requires trust and is often difficult for leaders to access within their own ministry contexts. Our hosts keep absolute confidentiality and have only one motive: helping you find true rest in Christ’s love.
Transformation
Having a place to be on the receiving end of hospitality, to be reminded of your worth as a person made in God’s image, and to be offered safety to bring your own wounds into the light all work together to create transformation, allowing leaders to step back into ministry with bodies and souls that have been refreshed by the grace of Jesus.
Our goal is to bring these four components of R.E.S.T. into the lives of Christian leaders
both during their oasis stay and into their daily lives.

Realize the importance of R.E.S.T., but can’t attend an oasis retreat?
“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”
